Director of Nursing RN/LPN

Oversee hiring, training, and management of the community care team while serving as the liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and outside care providers. Assure compliance with all resident care regulations, including medication management, resident assessments, and care plans. Demonstrate personal and resident safety methods and procedures. Document and provide accurate record-keeping. Represent Benchmark Senior Living with pride and knowledge to educate outside groups and organizations. Maintain a Monday-Friday schedule with Manager on Duty rotation.
