Director of Nursing (RN)

Coordinate resident care through departmental and staff committee meetings while ensuring staffing meets State and Federal requirements. Guide the nursing department in adherence to all regulations, supervise maintenance of treatments, and participate in the QA process. Evaluate and discipline nursing personnel according to policy, verify current licenses, and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
