Director of Nursing RN

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Department of Nursing, ensuring systems facilitate effective clinical decision-making and resident admission processes. Utilize performance improvement processes to enhance department efficiency while monitoring clinical data, census, acuity, and staffing levels to meet resident needs. Initiate timely problem identification and resolution in response to clinical data changes. Serve as the primary point of oversight for facility operations in the Administrator's absence. Participate in monitoring patient referrals and identifying barriers to admissions to recommend solutions for accommodating diverse patient types.
