Director of Nursing RN

Provide strategic direction and oversight to the nursing department, ensuring alignment with facility goals and objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular assessments, audits, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and confidence while fostering a collaborative environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. Manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Participate in quality improvement initiatives addressing patient safety and satisfaction concerns. Requires an active RN license in New Jersey with minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
