Job Summary
Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring provision of high-quality patient care and compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures in collaboration with the administrative team while mentoring and coaching nursing staff to foster ongoing education and professional development. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate care and participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of the facility's strategic plan. Requires a BSN, current NJ RN licensure, and minimum three years in nursing administration. Located in Woodbridge, NJ.
