Job Summary
The Director of Nursing, RN will oversee all resident care across Memory Care neighborhoods, performing thorough health assessments and managing care plans in accordance with regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ health, supervising care teams, evaluating staff performance, participating in team member recruitment and retention, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety codes. Candidates must have a current RN license and at least three years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess current RN designation as granted by the state of New York
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role
- Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state
