Director of Nursing - RN

Lead the nursing department as Director of Nursing (RN) in a skilled nursing facility in the Saint Petersburg/Parrish, FL area. Drive strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, staffing, coaching, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. Oversee nursing services, develop and update clinical policies, ensure licensing and continuing education, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction. Requires Florida RN license; BSN preferred; 3-5 years in a DON or equivalent leadership role; strong knowledge of federal/state/local long-term care regulations; excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
