Director of Nursing - Resident Care Director

Direct and oversee the Resident Care Department to ensure the highest quality of care in accordance with state, federal and local standards. Lead, develop, and support the nursing team, med techs and care staff through role modeling and the company culture. Manage the community Medication Management and Clinical Quality Assurance programs. Coordinate with physicians, rehab, and other providers to promote positive clinical outcomes. Communicate regularly with families regarding care and medical issues via phone, email or care plan conferences. RN/LPN preferred but not required; two+ years supervisory experience and one year in assisted living/personal care preferred.
