Job Summary
Director of Nursing with responsibilities to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Resident Care Department in accordance with state, federal and local standards to ensure high-quality care for seniors. Lead and support the nursing team, med techs and care staff through role modeling and organizational culture; oversee community medication management and clinical quality assurance programs; coordinate with physicians, rehab, and other providers to promote positive clinical outcomes; communicate with families regarding care and medical issues via phone, email or care plan conferences.
