Job Summary

Plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Resident Care Department in accordance with state, federal, and local standards to maintain the highest degree of quality care. Assess resident needs and develop service care plans, while leading, developing, and supporting the nursing team, med techs, and care staff through role modeling. Lead the community medication management and clinical quality assurance programs, and coordinate with physicians, rehab, and preferred providers to promote positive clinical outcomes. Communicate regularly and timely with families regarding care and medical issues via phone, email, or care plan conferences. Full and part-time roles available with on-the-job training; no experience required for caring.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
  • Two or More years of supervisory experience
  • One Year in Assisted Living/Personal Care

  • Qualified by experience and training to assess resident needs and to develop a service care according to these needs
  • Lead, develop, and support nursing team, med techs and care staff through role modeling and the company culture
