Job Summary
Plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Resident Care Department to maintain the highest degree of quality care in accordance with state, federal, and local standards. Assess resident needs and develop service care plans, while leading and supporting the nursing team, med techs, and care staff through role modeling. Lead community medication management and clinical quality assurance programs, coordinating with physicians and rehab providers to promote positive clinical outcomes. Communicate regularly with families regarding care and medical issues via phone, email, or care plan conferences. Requires two or more years of supervisory experience and one year in assisted living or personal care.

- Qualified by experience and training to assess resident needs and to develop a service care according to these needs
- Lead, develop, and support nursing team, med techs and care staff through role modeling and the company culture
- Lead the community medication management and clinical quality assurance programs
- Coordinate with physicians, rehab, and other select preferred providers to promote positive clinical outcomes
- Communicate regularly and timely with families regarding care and medical issues via phone, email or care plan conferences
- RN/LPN preferred but not required
- Two or More years of supervisory experience and One Year in Assisted Living/Personal Care preferred
