Job Summary
The RN Director of Nursing Residency program leads to a future Director of Nursing role. You will rotate through nursing home operations to gain hands-on experience in clinical care, nursing operations, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, staff management, and facility administration, with mentorship and leadership development. After completing the residency, you will assume a nursing leadership role per program requirements. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and travel to the community; it is a full-time position with competitive benefits and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work
- Must possess active CPR certification for healthcare providers (AHA)
- Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in a nursing facility
- Ability to travel to the community providing the residency
