Job Summary
Director of Nursing, remote-leading Lifeforce ULC, will oversee the nursing network across clinics including RNs and regional leads; own recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing development; establish training programs and clinical competency standards; develop and maintain clinical SOPs, nursing protocols, and escalation pathways; ensure multi-state compliance and licensing; manage franchise relationships; collaborate with clinical leadership, health coaching, and operations on EMR and scheduling workflows; travel 40-60% to support openings and On-site staff onboarding; ensure quality assurance, documentation standards, and patient-first care across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Active NP Licensure
- 8+ years of clinical nursing experience with at least 4 years in leadership/director-level role
- Familiarity with placing IV infusions and delivering IM injections
- Experience building clinical programs or nursing infrastructure in emerging playbooks
- Experience in brick-and-mortar clinical settings (outpatient clinic, wellness center, etc.)
- Comfort with multi-state licensing and varying state regulations
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal leadership and external franchise partners
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40-60% of the time
- Exposure to EMR platforms and scheduling/operational workflow systems
