Job Summary
Provide care within the scope of the state's nurse practice act, conducting initial and reevaluation visits for home health clients. Perform clinical record reviews, prepare progress notes, and make calls to clients and field staff. Supervise, educate, and coach nursing personnel and care-giving staff, including introductions and caregiver training for new clients during start-up. Plan and implement in-service training programs while driving improvement processes that impact clinical quality. Stay informed about changes in nursing and home health care fields, sharing updates with appropriate personnel. Requires a current unrestricted TX RN license, 3-5 years of clinical experience, and a reliable vehicle.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program
