Job Summary
Lead and manage the overall operations of the nursing home in Co. Dublin, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards, regulations, and best practices. Oversee clinical governance, quality assurance, and resident safety while monitoring staffing, budgets, and operational performance. Manage, mentor, and support multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous quality improvement and enhance resident satisfaction through a person-centred approach. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Requires Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration and significant senior leadership experience. Required Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration
- Significant experience in senior nursing leadership and management roles
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and Irish healthcare regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive service excellence
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Person in Charge (PIC) in a residential care setting
