Job Summary
Lead and oversee nursing services across Assisted Living and Memory Care, ensuring safe, ethical, person-centered care that honors each resident's unique needs. Guide assessments, care planning, medication management, and clinical oversight while championing memory care approaches that promote dignity and meaningful engagement. Partner with Life Enrichment, Culinary, and Operations teams to foster connection, purpose, and joy through enhanced dining experiences and active resident participation. Lead, coach, and mentor nursing staff to build a culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and teamwork, while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and local regulations. This leadership position provides 24/7 clinical oversight and participates in an on-call rotation to support residents, team members, and community operations when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for residents-centered care and team development
- Successful completion of all required screenings, including TB testing
