Director of Nursing

Lead and oversee nursing services across Assisted Living and Memory Care, ensuring safe, ethical, person-centered care that honors each resident's unique needs. Guide assessments, care planning, medication management, and clinical oversight while championing memory care approaches that promote dignity and meaningful engagement. Partner with Life Enrichment, Culinary, and Operations teams to foster connection, purpose, and joy through dining experiences and activities. Lead, coach, and mentor nursing staff to build a culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and teamwork. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations while overseeing infection prevention, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives. Serve as a clinical resource for residents, families, providers, and community partners. This leadership position provides 24/7 clinical oversight and an on-call rotation to support residents, team members, and community operations when needed.
