Job Summary
Oversee the surgery center's clinical operations, nursing staff, and scheduling based on patient volume. Supervise and develop clinical employees while maintaining clinical policies, procedures, and staff competencies. Promote safe, efficient, patient-focused care through collaboration with administration, physicians, and the clinical team. Support regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and survey readiness. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retaining clinical employees. Requires an active Colorado RN license, prior operating-room experience, and a background as a nursing director or similar healthcare leader.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain one
- Previous operating-room nursing experience
- Previous experience as a nursing director, clinical manager, OR manager, or similar healthcare leader
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead employees while remaining engaged in day-to-day clinical operations
