Director of Nursing - Operating Room - McLeod Carolina Forest

Demonstrate competency in developing, implementing, and reviewing the on-going quality patient care and service delivery plan 24 hours per day, including fiscal responsibility, quality outcomes, and nursing growth using Evidence Based Practices. Recruit, interview, select, and hire staff to meet patient population needs while managing all fiscal aspects of the unit, including developing and monitoring the annual budget. Lead staff through performance expectation processes, manage physician and employee complaints to optimize the work environment, and maintain survey readiness by incorporating local, state, and national agency standards. Manage physician and employee related complaints, issues and concerns to optimize the work environment. Participate in nursing/hospital committees as indicated or requested.
