Job Summary
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and manage the nursing services department at Westridge Health Care Center. Develop and maintain written nursing policies, procedures, manuals, objectives, and philosophies while implementing corrective action plans for deficiencies. Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, and studies. Establish and maintain a quality assurance program and a nursing services organization structure. Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies. Requires an accredited nursing school graduate, current Indiana RN license, and nursing services administration experience. Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- currently licensed by the State of Indiana as an RN
- experienced or trained in nursing services administration
