Job Summary
Oversee nursing departments across residential campuses by supervising Nurse Managers and coordinating training programs to maintain quality and adequacy of nursing practices. Identify and assist with professional, administrative, and supervisory problems while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide care for youth in residential treatment programs. Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, for 40 hours per week. Maintain an active Oregon RN license and QMHP qualification, along with BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Experience in adolescent residential treatment settings or psychiatric nursing
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Oregon
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association
