Job Summary
Provide leadership and oversight for nursing practice across infusion, triage, and navigation services while establishing evidence-based clinical standards and policies. Oversee clinical operations for radiation oncology and collaborate on guidelines for urology, partnering with physicians to align protocols and drive data-driven performance improvements in access, throughput, quality, and safety. Direct patient navigation programs to improve care coordination and manage staffing models, budgets, and resource allocation across all service areas. Travel in person to all CHC locations in Michigan to ensure visible leadership presence and implement organizational priorities. Requires a BSN, RN license, and 5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience in oncology, infusion, radiation, or urology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience in nursing and/or clinical operations
- Experience managing complex clinical programs or specialty service lines
- Experience in Oncology
- Michigan-based location
- Office-structured position
- Regular travel to all CHC sites (Grand Rapids, Flint, Muskegon, Lansing, Holland, and Big Rapids)
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree

- Demonstrated success in clinical performance improvement
