Job Summary
Director of Infusion Center provides leadership and oversight of the infusion business line and infusion center operations under the CEO. Owns infusion center performance (revenue, costs, margin), leads annual/quarterly operating plans, partners cross-functionally to optimize access, utilization, throughput, patient experience, and compliance. Directly supervises infusion center staff; requires collaboration with Revenue Cycle/RCM and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with RN licensure and at least 5 years of healthcare operations experience including infusion experience; advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related field (required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare operations experience
- 2 years in an infusion center or comparable outpatient service line
- Licensed Registered Nurse
