Job Summary
Director of Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer responsible for the health of residents and coordination of services to provide appropriate level of care as determined through assessment. Oversees licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, and certified staff administering medications; ensures QA processes, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement plans; requires after-hours and weekend on-call availability, professional appearance, and adherence to directions related to patient care. Position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement; candidates must hold an active RN license and have SNF leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in good standing in the State of Oklahoma
- Degreed as a registered nurse from accredited nursing program
- CPR and First Aid training
- 2 year Director of Nursing experience in SNF
