Job Summary
Provide clinical oversight and leadership to the hospice nursing team while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop, implement, and evaluate policies to enhance patient care, supervise staff, and monitor care plans against hospice philosophy. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee quality assurance initiatives, and manage staffing, scheduling, and training programs. Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, patients, and families, ensuring proper documentation and EMR adherence. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active state license
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hospice or palliative care nursing experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Must be familiar with Homecare Homebase
