Director of Nursing (Home Infusion)

Provide effective leadership and management of home health clinical and administrative services for assigned locations. Recruit, train, supervise, and monitor professional and ancillary staff rendering care to patients in homes or ambulatory infusion suites. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulatory requirements while overseeing patient clinical records, statistics, and reports. Manage quality programs, emergency planning, and performance improvement initiatives. Interpret operational indicators to adjust staffing levels and analyze payroll metrics to manage hours and overtime. Coordinate supervision of all direct and indirect patient services, including assisting with patient visits as needed. Work cooperatively with external agencies to receive authorizations, nursing notes, and invoices. Act as Administrator in the Director's absence.
