Job Summary
Lead clinical operations, care delivery, and training for in-home patient care teams of RNs and caregivers. Monitor quality of care delivery and ensure Joint Commission compliance while coordinating care plans with physicians, clients, and families. Conduct client assessments, perform supervisory visits, and develop care plan reviews to ensure accurate clinical documentation and reporting. Serve as a clinical problem solver and supportive resource for field staff. Requires Missouri RN license, 2+ years of nursing expertise in home health or private duty, and strong crisis management skills.
