Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel. Provide guidance to coordinators and Clinical Supervisors to improve home health care services, assist in managing clinical teams, and evaluate clinician performance annually. Interpret operational indicators for census changes and staffing levels, while overseeing patient clinical records, statistics, and inventory supplies in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Develop orientation programs, implement continuing education, and administer organization policies to ensure safe delivery of home health services. Promote home health referrals and stay informed about field changes to share with appropriate personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Three years of management experience in a home health or related health care organization
- At least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity
- Home Health experience
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with the state and / or organization requirements and is in good working order
