Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel, including guidance to coordinators and clinical supervisors. Assist in managing clinical teams, developing performance evaluation skills for clinicians, and conducting annual performance reviews. Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and assist in budget preparation and organization policy development. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and Joint Commission standards while maintaining clinical records, inventory, and patient safety. Promote home health referrals and implement continuing education programs for staff. This role requires a registered nurse with a Bachelor's degree, three years of management experience in home health, and a licensed driver. Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, onsite location.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Three years of management experience in a home health or related health care organization, at least with one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity
- Home Health experience
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with the state and / or organization requirements and is in good working order
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in health care preferred
