Director of Nursing (Home Health)

Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel. Provide guidance to coordinators and Clinical Supervisors to continually improve home health care services. Assist clinical supervisors in managing teams, planning, and evaluating clinician performance. Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes impacting staffing, revenues, or expenses. Manage clinical records, statistics, and inventory while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and Joint Commission standards. Develop orientation programs and inservice education for new and existing personnel. Prepare and administer the organization's budget and develop policies and procedures. Promote home health referrals in the community. Act as active executive director during the administrator's absence. Full-time role with an 8-hour Monday to Friday schedule, onsite location, and a salary of $200,000. Requires a registered nurse with a Bachelor's degree, three years of management experience, and Home Health licensure.
