Job Summary
Conduct initial assessments of prospective residents via off-site visits and perform wellness assessments to develop individualized care plans. Deliver health promotion services, disease prevention counseling, and self-care education while engaging residents and families compassionately. Hire, train, schedule, and lead the clinical team; coordinate the infection control program and oversee the medication management system. Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations. Requires current state nursing licensure (RN preferred), two years supervisory experience, and senior living background. Required Qualifications
- Maintains current state nursing licensure
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing supervisory experience
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability
- Must possess readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
Desired Qualifications
- LPN required, RN preferred
- Prior senior/supportive living experience
