Job Summary
Administer the educational programs of the Nursing Division by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating division courses while developing strategic plans and establishing annual goals with faculty. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards, supervise all personnel, and evaluate faculty for tenure and promotion recommendations. Manage divisional grants by coordinating applications, monitoring budgets, and tracking milestones, while preparing and allocating the annual divisional budget. Conduct community assessments to determine program feasibility and organize faculty meetings. Serve as a liaison with the College, community, and agencies, and act as a consultant to the Dean of Workforce Solutions regarding continuing education planning.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in nursing
- Minimum of five years of leadership and supervisory experience
