Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Minimum of 5-7 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a home care or healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of North Carolina home care regulations and standards
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant healthcare technologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
