Job Summary
Directs nursing operations across multiple sites in the Fort Wayne area in a travel/float capacity. Provides guidance, leadership development, and operational support to nursing and healthcare teams; leads quality assurance initiatives; conducts audits; delivers training and development for nursing staff and leadership; mentors Directors of Nursing and clinical managers; collaborates with executive leadership to align clinical goals with organizational objectives; handles interim Director of Nursing assignments; requires RN licensure in Indiana and prior Director of Nursing experience in long-term care.
Required Qualifications
- Indiana RN license
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of three years Director of Nursing experience in long-term care
- Availability to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of federal and state nursing regulations (long-term care)
- Demonstrates ASC's C.A.R.E. values
