Job Summary
Provide overall leadership and direction for emergency services operations, overseeing staffing, resource allocation, and operational planning. Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while monitoring departmental performance to implement strategies that improve outcomes and efficiency. Analyze operational and clinical data to identify trends, develop performance improvement initiatives focused on quality and safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and hospital administration to achieve strategic objectives and support staff engagement and professional development. Requires a BSN, Alabama RN license, and minimum five years of progressive emergency leadership experience. Partial relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Alabama RN license or eligibility for Alabama licensure
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services
- Strong experience leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across departments and leadership levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive performance improvement
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- No adverse actions on nursing license
