Job Summary
The Director of Nursing for ED & Critical Care manages critical care nursing services and supervises personnel in delivering patient care, holding 24-hour accountability. The role requires a Registered Nurse with a BSN, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, along with supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current PALS upon hire and maintain current.
- A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience necessary.
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
- Minimum of three years of continuous clinical experience in a clinical/acute care setting preferred.
