Job Summary
Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor vital signs while reporting changes. Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support, collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care, and document progress using electronic medical records. Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices, participate in professional development, and assist with hands-on patient care as needed. Requires current state RN license, two years supervisory experience preferred, and strong communication and critical thinking skills. Apply directly through the Applicant Tracking System.
