Job Summary
Oversee nursing and health-related services within an ICF licensed group home; ensure licensing compliance, survey readiness, audits, corrective action plans, and quality improvement; lead active treatment programming and interdisciplinary team processes; ensure safe medication management and nursing delegation; supervise and evaluate nursing and ICF leadership staff; collaborate with case managers, healthcare providers, guardians and leadership to support residents with disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license in Minnesota.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, healthcare or developmental disability services.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of ICF/IID regulations, DHS licensing and supervisory process.
- Proven experience with audits, surveys and corrective action planning.
