Job Summary
Administer and manage Nursing Services for residents, adhering to physician orders and maintaining quality care standards. Provide 24-hour supervision of the Nursing Department and assume full center operations during the Administrator's absence. Ensure compliance with state regulations while overseeing daily nursing activities across the facility. Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role
