Administer and manage Nursing Services for residents in accordance with physician orders, providing 24-hour supervision and directing the department to maintain quality care standards. Assume responsibility for center operations in the Administrator's absence. This Director of Nursing role requires an RN with prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting and at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
