Job Summary
Administer and manage Nursing Services for residents in accordance with physician orders, while providing 24-hour supervision of the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards. Assume responsibility for center operations in the Administrator's absence. Requires current RN licensure, prior LTC/SNF experience, and two years in a supervisory role. Tuition reimbursement and a 5-Star DON Orientation Program support professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
