Job Summary
Plan, develop, and direct the nursing service department, implementing programs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead the clinical team to ensure excellence in care and customer service while maintaining an ongoing quality assurance program. Participate in facility surveys with authorized government agencies to ensure full compliance with governing laws. Manage resident health concerns and execute corrective action plans for identified deficiencies. Requires a current RN license, CPR certification, and an associate or advanced nursing degree. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, or advanced degree in Nursing
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license
- Must have and maintain a current, valid CPR certification
