Director of Nursing (DON, RN)

Directs and oversees clinical services in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility. Ensures overall quality and adequacy of services, supervises staff, and coordinates care across departments. Establishes and evaluates goals for residents, ensures Plan of Care implementation, maintains high standards of quality care aligned with regulatory requirements, and may assume daily operations in the Administrator's absence. Requires leadership in nursing administration, strong coordination of interdisciplinary teams, assessment-driven care planning, and adherence to regulatory standards.
