Job Summary
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department and its programs in accordance with current rules and regulations. Lead the clinical team with a focus on clinical and customer service excellence. Develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program to correct identified deficiencies. Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies to ensure compliance with laws governing the Health Campus. This role requires an Associate or advanced degree in Nursing, a current valid state RN license, and CPR certification, with 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, or advanced degree in Nursing
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license
- Must have and maintain a current, valid CPR certification
