Director of Nursing (DON) RN Fulltime

Direct, coordinate, and oversee the administration of all associated nursing and support staff. Plan, implement, and evaluate all nursing services, including administrative operations. Review, establish, and maintain patient care protocols to ensure adherence to federal, state, and facility policies. Establish and coordinate quality improvement, safety, and infection control programs while reviewing pharmacy utilization for formulary adherence. Design organizational structures, manage staffing levels, and supervise professional and contract personnel. Set short- and long-range goals, objectives, and operating procedures. Requires a current unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and previous supervisory experience in correctional healthcare. Full-time role at Corrections Center of NW Ohio in Stryker, OH.
