Job Summary
Oversee nursing operations as Director of Nursing, including assessing patients’ health needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and communicating with patients and families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, document progress in electronic medical records, stay current with best practices, participate in professional development, and provide hands-on patient care as needed to support the team. Requires an RN license and supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred
