Job Summary
Assess patients' health needs and develop care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor vital signs while reporting changes. Communicate with patients and families to provide education, collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care, and document progress using electronic medical records. Stay up-to-date with current research, participate in professional development, and assist with hands-on patient care as needed.
