Job Summary
Direct nursing leadership and supervision: develop nursing service objectives, implement policies/procedures, interview/hire nursing staff, manage resident care across all direct-care providers, supervise 24/7 nursing operations, ensure staffing adequacy based on acuity, interpret internal policies for staff and external agencies, plan orientation/education, assess resident care needs, implement Clinical/Prospective Payment System MDS schedules, and oversee rehabilitation/restorative programs. Requires RN license in Florida, diploma from an accredited nursing program, and demonstrated management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of practice
- Management experience
