Director of Nursing (DON) North GA

Oversee clinical operations, nursing practice, and staff development while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Direct staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and professional development, and assume responsibility for the center in the Executive Director's absence. Develop care plans to promote residents' highest level of functioning, conduct regular rounds, and lead the care planning committee to monitor and improve outcomes through continuous quality improvement initiatives. Maintain open communication with residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff while handling concerns and complaints professionally. Ensure proper infection control practices and adherence to safety standards. Requires current RN license, minimum five years clinical experience, and two years supervisory experience.
