Director of Nursing (DON)

Supervise all nursing staff and plan, develop, organize, and implement the day-to-day functions of the nursing department. Oversee department budgets and communicate with doctors, residents, and family members regarding resident health. Implement new procedures and train nurses on policies. Requires 2 years of experience as a DON or ADON in long-term care, an Illinois-registered RN in good standing, and familiarity with PointClickCare medical software.
